1 Tool to Rule Them All…

As you might imagine, this tool does it all. Well no, i guess it doesnt, but it does illustrate a point. Swiss army knives can be made to be very appropritate and useful to its owners by having a loadout that is useful to the owner. The tools availiable must be choosen carefully. This is why PDA-Phones are like swiss army knives, the sofware loadout can be customized to fit the user. PalmOS, WM5, and WM5 Smartphone all have software to fit nearly every task. This knife, when used as a knife, would be unwieldly and a terrible choice and certainly wouldnt be the right tool. It would be better to use a simple knife. And if i were to combine a knife with a few other tools, I would like to include only the tools I use often or that fit a special need I might have. This swiss army knife with 85 tools demonstartes this point pretty well. Although I find that although my PDA-Phone can do a lot of things, typically I only keep a handful of programs that I use quite often. The swiss army knife has proven its usefullness over the past 115 years, and the concept of having it all in one device isnt going anywhere.
