A Good use for RFID

While there have been many bad and potentially privacy invading uses of RFID so far, this is one of the first to be completely for a good cause. People that must constantly be checking their blood sugar find nothing but sore fingertips after doing this 1-3 times a day for their entire lives. With this chip, they will finally be able to stop pricking themselves. The catch of course will be to see how much the device costs, and considering they have in the past made money off the strip refills, I assume this device will sell for a steep premium.
