So in case you don’t normally read their site, since CES they have been pitting Apple’s iPhone against the Palm Pre. They have done this to the level of actively saying apple’s threatening palm over IP infridgement when apples statement didn’t really directly target them at all. Well, low and behold, today palm is now responding! I find it amazing they have been stirring up this trouble and no one says anything about it…
Multitouch (appearently the issue at hand) should not be patentable by apple as it existed LONG before they used it. It’s public domain technology, and I would hope the legal system would remember this in the end…
