Sure enough, just when we thought the market couldn’t possibly go any further downhill with almost non-usable phones compared with the technology that’s out there, Qualcomm goes and releases a chipset that’s so limited and cheap we are bound to see a whole new flock of pathetic handsets to choose from. Let’s give them a round of applause!
