Early April fools joke?
It’s a bluetooth serial adapter. Lots of telco equipment still has a command line based serial console for troubleshooting, but new laptops don’t have serial ports any more. This bluetooth adapter allows you to connect to a router that only has an RS-232 port from your phone and use a terminal program to talk to the router.
