Photographers
How many of you have dealt with photographers? As a “soon to be married” guy I’ve looked into them a little bit. It’s completely definable as extortion! They take all kinds of pictures, and let you feel good about it. Then they show them to you and tell you pretty much, order whatever you want and we’ll take a foot and a arm… They don’t even give you the digital files as they want to be able to extort money for EVERY print until the end of time. This just makes me sick. They should have a set price for a shoot where they will give you every pictures file. Say $1,000 max. Charge more for prints IF they want them. If not, hey, you undercut EVERY other photographer out there and still make a killing doing it. But alas, I won’t give in to their extortional tactics. I’ll have some friends do the pics and that’s about it I guess. (For those who don’t know, a typical wedding they try to extort at least $2,000 if not more.)
