I have been out of the country for some years, since 2004, and upon returning I am able to use my Treo 650 again!

I was once able to roll my own custom roms, with Shadowmites tool, but have long since forgotten all that I learned.

I see there is a 12/08 Palm Treo_650_Updater_1_20_ENA. I believe that is a ROW rom.

Does anyone know to open the .cab files from this, or get to a point to make a custom rom?
