Treo 650 Upload error: does your phone have a security passw

Hello,
I have Treo 650 stuck in boot loop, I tried to do soft, warm, hard and zero reset but the phone still stuck in this loop.
I tried to flash the phone using ROMTOOL but I got this error

i have no idea what the security password thing is or how to fix it.

i tried the recoveery tool typing in erase i got this.

Cant Mount Disk on Chip.
Format FATFS Partition

please help me , any idea what to do???!!!
