To drive out h-bridges, the following should be known:

FWD REV ENA Description
0 0 0 All off - PWM Brake
0 0 1 Lower Left and Lower Right - Brake
0 1 0 Upper Left only - PWM FWD
0 1 1 Upper Left and Lower Right - FWD
1 0 0 Upper Right Only - PWM REV
1 0 1 Upper Right and Lower Left - REV
1 1 0 Nothing - All off
1 1 1 Nothing - All off

Our enable lines are bridged between the motors.

Port B
0 Motors enable
1 M1 Forward
2 M1 Reverse
3 M2 Forward
4 M2 Reverse
