Stuck reset loop 700p

Hello KocoMan,

I really need yor help because I've been reading a lot but nothing is clear, I have a rest loop on treo 700p and I think the flash or firmware is corrupted, I cant run ROMupdater coz just appear ACCESS POWERED and blank and again, What can I do ???
