Corrupt PRL file?

I have a 700wx, originally Sprint, that I switched over to Virgin Mobile, while fooling around with stuff I believe I might have corrupted my PRL file somehow, now the phone says it is always roaming and I am unable to make any kind of calls, I also no longer have a USB cable with which I can connect it to QPST (trying to dig one up, I know I used to have one). Any suggestions or tips on this issue?
